Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Service Description

The company TownLift Condominium provides professional maintenance, periodic inspection, modernization, and replacement services for components of elevator systems in residential condominium buildings. Services include, but are not limited to, technical checks, repairs, installation of energy-efficient technologies, and technical support.

The service descriptions presented on the site are accurate and verifiable. We do not make promises or guarantees that cannot be substantiated.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Provider (TownLift Condominium):

• To perform the ordered services in accordance with current technical and safety standards.
• To provide qualified personnel and appropriate equipment.
• To communicate transparently any changes to scheduling or costs, with the prior agreement of the client.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide safe and uninterrupted access to technical spaces and equipment for the execution of services.
• To pay issued invoices within the agreed terms.
• To communicate any malfunctions or incidents related to the elevators as soon as possible.

3. Limitation of Liability

TownLift Condominium is not liable for damages or service interruptions caused by:

• Improper use, abuse, or lack of maintenance by the client or third parties.
• Force majeure factors (floods, earthquakes, etc.).
• Unauthorized interventions on the equipment by unaccredited personnel.

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the respective service.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

All prices are displayed in Lei (RON) and are exclusive of VAT, where applicable. Any additional unforeseen costs will be communicated and approved in writing before execution.

The refund policy applies only in exceptional situations, such as the cancellation of a prepaid service before work begins, and is subject to an administrative fee. There are no hidden costs or mandatory subscriptions.

5. Termination of Service Use

The service contract may be terminated by either party with written notice, respecting a notice period of at least 30 days. In the event of termination by the client, costs for services already rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

6. Modification of Terms

TownLift Condominium reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The updated version will be published on this site. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
